STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Please note, this policy may vary during promotional periods.

We want you to love your new fragrance! That’s why we offer two ways for you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized purchase: including our Travel Quickies.

2ML SAMPLES {starting 03.01.25}

All of our 50ml & 100ml fragrances bottles come bundled with a 2ml sample of the matching fragrance, allowing you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle. 

After using the 2ml sample, you can decide to keep your purchase, or if you’re not feeling it return the unopened, unused full-size bottle for a refund or store credit ONLY, within 10 days of receiving your order. 

DISCOVERY SET {TBD}

Our Discovery Set includes all of our signature scents in 2ml mini-atomizers, so you can experience them all before committing to a full-sized purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds on our DISCOVERY SET, unless faulty, as this is a sample set for you to test all of our fragrances. COMING SOON

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All 50ml & 100ml fragrance bottles are eligible to be returned for a refund or store credit ONLY, within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Discovery Sets, Collectives, Trios, 10mls sprays & rollerballs are NOT eligible to be returned, as these items are considered final sale, unless faulty.
  • Products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used or damaged in any way. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
  • The cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense is non-refundable. This includes purchases that have been returned to the sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect.
  • In the event of a return, please be aware that any free gift should be returned. If you fail to include the gift, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.
  • 50ml or 100ml fragrances purchased on Pre Order are still eligible to be returned. The return policy begins from the date your order is delivered.
  • STUDIO ID MERCH items qualify for refunds and/or store credit, excluding underwear items; underwear don't qualify for returns due to the nature of the item, so please know your sizes as all items are true to size.

 

100FOR50 SALE RETURNS POLICY

All DIÄMONDÉ SKN | PERFUMERIÉ items during sale periods are considered FINAL, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty. Risk-free purchasing for ALL 100ml purchases will be unavailable during the 100FOR50 sale, and 2ml samples will not be included with these orders.

 

  • Due to the made to order nature of our products we do not offer exchanges. If you decide you want to return your 50ml or 100ml purchase, you may do so within the timeframe to receive a refund or store credit to which you then can re-purchase your desired fragrance.

 

STORE CREDITS

  • Store credits do not expire and can be used until the entire value has been redeemed.

FAULTY ITEM 

  • If you believe you have received a fragrance with a manufacturing fault or the wrong scent entirely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible or within 10 days of delivered order at diamonde001@outlook.com with 2-3 clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the situation and assist you with the next steps to resolve the issue. Please note that DIÄMONDÉ SKN | PERFUMERIÉ does not accept returns for fragrances that have been damaged due to mishandling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or general wear and tear.
