Shipping policy

What's the difference between processing time and shipping time?

All products are made in small batches for guaranteed freshness, hand filled in Texas for your quality assurance; our processing time is before shipping, therefore the order in which your order was received, will then be processed in our system, made/filled, then shipped and then delivered in time frame after processing. Although processing and shipping times can vary due to unexpected product demand, weather issues, and/or postal services. 

* In most cases orders are processed & shipped in the “shipping” time frame and you’ll receive your order sooner than expected or right on time. Please allow grace for when we have high demand & promotions and we’re working to get all orders out ASAP!

We do have open communication via email, Shopify chat, & Instagram dm in regards to order issues, delays or changes.
